So I thought I'd combine the two ideas.

Katrina can be a bit abrasive and a little haughty or bratty still. She was raised by a rich family and though she's pretty down to earth, some situations still cause her to act like the bratty rich girl she is. Chances are here, someone said his cooking was better than her's or something and so she wanted to try it. She tried it and agreed but her pride got the best of her and so she's denying it despite eating herself into immobility. She's not fooling anyone, but as long as she keeps denying it she may keep eating until she's nauseous. XD
