"So, you've filled the position?" The green haired girl asks as she stirs the chili soup around in her bowl a bit. "I mean, we've had the sign out front for nearly a year..." She looks up at the man behind the counter who was cleaning some dishes.

He chuckles a bit. "Mmm-hmm, Like I said, It'd take someone really desperate to take the job here. Pay isn't the greatest since we don't get many customers, and.. well, you know how it is, you've been here for 3 years yourself." She frowns. "Not funny.. ya know I need this job to pay for college! If it weren't for that, I'd be here eating, not busting my ass."

They both chuckle from the last comment.

He glances back as he hears a loud thud from the back room.

"The hell was that?" The girl asked leaning to the side a bit and looking in the direction of the back as if she could somehow see through the wall. "Sounded like an Elephant..."

The man sighed and shook his head. "Nope, that's her... She's getting changed..." The girl adjusted her work apron a bit and looked from the wall to her boss a few times. "Her?! She sounds as graceful as a rhinoceros back there.."

"Remember how I said she would have to be pretty desperate? Well... Apparently I'm pretty desperate myself... I didn't even do a background check on her till after I hired her.... wasn't good what I found either.." He stopped cleaning a glass and shook his head.

"W-What? She isn't like.. some Ex-con is she?" The girl asked leaning forward and adjusting her name tag that said. "Maarli". "If she's gonna kill me I'm ditching this place." She says still looking somewhat spooked.

"No... nothing like that.. it's just.. she can't keep a job for more than a few months... they're almost all at restaurants... some were pretty ritzy too... but every one of them, she was fired from.... Eating customer's food... agitated violence... damaging restaurant property..." He sighs naming a few of them.

Maarli looked confused. "So... she's angry, and violent? The hell's that all about? How'd she get through the interview like that?" She complained.

Another loud thud was heard from the back along with an audible squeak. The man shook his head. "I told her to practice by bringing out a meal for herself... ehh? Interview? Oh, it was weird, she was fine then... she wasn't mean at all, in fact she was so cute and shy I felt sorry for her..."

".... How the hell is something that's making that much noise cute? She sounds like she's WRESTLING a crocodile back there! She must be huge..." Maarli giggles as she finishes her chili and scoots the bowl towards her boss.

"Huge? Heh... I guess you could say that... From what I've seen, It may be what causes most of her job troubles." Her employer dries off a few dishes and flips on the coffee pot, leaving his employee looking confused. "What causes it? How does being fat cause violence!?" She asks, but is soon answered by the noise of the back door opening.

Her head turns at a lightning pace to see her new work-mate, and she watched the door in a very nosy manner.

Adorable squeaks of nervousness came from the half opened door as it pushed out a bit more and the tall, Pink haired cat girl was partially visible, shaking as she tried to keep balance.

"Oh, Wow, she's very tall, but she doesn't look very..." Her voice trailed off as her co-worker finally emerged from the door, looking even more nervous than she sounded.

"H-Holy cow... oh.. I mean.. crap.. Don't want her to think I'm making fun of her on the first day or something..." She whispers to herself. Her eyes were obviously fixated on the new Girl's breasts. They were absolutely huge, much larger than most watermelons even. And certainly not what she was expecting.

Katrina took a deep breath and let it out calmly. She only had to make it to the table, that's all, it wouldn't be too hard. She looked up nervously at her boss and at Maarli, smiling at them in what was possibly the most unnerving and un-assuring smile they'd ever seen. "G-G-Good M-Morning Mr. Tokina, and um.. g-good morning Miss.." She says followed by a nervous giggle.

"Mornin Miss Katrina.... Interesting choice for a snack there.." Mr. Tokina laughs as he eyes the Chocolate parfait and the huge piece of peanut butter cake on her tray. She blushed and looked down seemingly embarrassed. "Oh... well.. you know they say that sweets are a girl's best friend.." She meows softly.

"Wow.. She looks like she's been best friends with sweets for years.." Maarli says to herself as she smiles at the new girl. "She's so cute! But this sucks! Who the hell is going to want me to be their waitress over that adorable thing!" She thought. However her thoughts were interrupted by a loud crash.

Mr. Tokino sighed and shook his head. "oh boy.. that explains a few things..." His voice sounded somewhat disappointed but also worried. "I'll get the mop.."

Katrina pushed herself up from the ground, sniffling softly as she looked down at the broken glass covered in ice cream, and at the peanut butter cake that was now frosting side down on her breasts. The tears welled up in her eyes quickly as she poked out her bottom lip. This was it. Her Job hadn't even began and she already broke something and spilled the food all over in front of her boss. She may as well just return her uniform and leave now.

She felt a tap on her back and looked up ashamedly. "I-I'm very sorry, I don't have very good balance.. but it's my fault I-" She begins but is cut off.

"You're fine.. trust me..." Maarli says as she kneels down in front of the girl nearly twice her size. "Tokino looks like a hardass, but he's a big softie, I'm sure he'll go easy on you. He's always nice to cute girls like us." She says as she then stands up and offers Katrina her hand. "Come on up, I'll help ya clean that cake off and we can get ya some more."

Katrina blinked and wiped the tears from her eyes quickly. "Um... T-Thank you..." She says, taking the girl's hand and standing up.

Tokino watched then with a bit of a smirk. "I'm right here ya know.... " He said shaking his head. "You two head on to the back and get some things ready, I'll clean everything up here... Just.. be careful Katrina.. I don't know how much I can afford to replace.." He says with a smile.

Oooh, that was a lot longer than I had planned, XD. Oh well, Enjoy it!!

Most of you never knew that Katrina works in diners and such. She eats a lot and even though he's a god, Saphroth doesn't get paid for it, so if she wants things, she has to work. Usually the Nightmares don't get paid either as they are a divine force under the Fire God. Once again, Fire god Can't pay them if he has no money. Which is the main reason he pays them by letting them live in his castle... he still regrets that decision.

This expression was inspired by Mikuru from Haruhi Susumiya... I think I spelled it right.. anywho, she makes some of my favorite cute expressions EVER, and she is what inspired this current one, lol.

That and Katrina dressed sort of like a maid is fun!
