Katrina Week IV 33 Super Preggers

"This just came to me, what if Katrina suddenly got pregnant again, maybe even Really pregnant, and all those cravings combined with her greed make for super over eating, stuffed beyond the brim ( and maybe even huger, milkier breasts )"

In this alternate dimension, Katrina got pregnant again, and this time with a much larger litter of children from the looks of things.... Her overstuffed look also comes from her constant cravings, and now she's waddling around the hospital trying to find help because she's... sprung a leak up top.

First time for me actually doing something with lactation I think....

The Doctor there is a female Sea Scale Lizardfolk. They come from the more coastal cities on Urth and have a pleasant light blue hue to their scales. They have webbed fingers and a weird set of paddle like find at the tip of their tail for better water maneuverability. Though they can swim well, they are more like marine iguanas in that they mostly just gather food from beneath the sea, though some of them still build homes in underwater caves when they're more nomadic and less civilized. Due to their nature of regenerating lost limbs, and their connection with water, many become doctors, clerics, or medicinal shamans.

Lets hope she knows how to handle a super stuffed and milky catgirl.
