Nala's over for Dinner [Commission]

Ho boy, if you thought I wrote you a novel before, you're definitely getting one now! XP lol

Let me start off by gushing over how you brought in the essence of my character into your style, like seriously she looks amazing X///3! This is exactly the sort of thing I wanted to see from another artist drawing one of my characters, how you would make her hair look, how you would distribute her weight, and it all translated really well here.

I love how you were able to replicate the way I draw her hair in your own style without missing any of the detail, like you even included those weird long strands that I do n the front! That's awesome!! XDDD.

I've never thought of Nala as a "pear shaped figure" since I always emphasize her stomach, but you make her look really cute as a pear. Quite a lovely surprise ^w^.

But my favorite aspect by far is the way you draw her face and the details you gave her eyes *w*. My god, that expression you gave her is absolutely precious~ Considering the different blend of emotions I was asking you to convey, you absolutely NAILED IT! That jagged lip-line coupled with her upward-sloping brow you gave her perfectly conveys her apprehension, but at the same time she's still happy to be there^^.

And man those eyes~. You gave her such vibrant, pretty eyes I can scarcely stop looking at them. It make me wish I could render shine effects like that to make my girl's eye's that pretty ;w; . They're like marbles, or jewels sparkling with the life she has within her ^////^ which of course just makes her expression all the cuter~

By the way I greatly appreciate that you colored in her hat, since like you said you didn't have to do that, but it really does make her stand out^^. I'm also quite impressed by how well you replicated her hat, like it looks practically line for line the way I'd draw it XD.

The one thing that made me kinda laugh was the placement of her thought bubble, which makes it look like her tummy is the one thinking it XP. A bit silly, but in a way also endearing^^.

Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention her hand! It's a small details but its a significant one for her character, so I'm glad you were able to naturally incorporate it into her character :3 . Like you snuck it in so well that I'll bet some people wouldn't even notice unless they read your description (or somehow knew my character by reputation. XD)
